The Daily Titan has reported that California Senator Leland Yee has proposed a bill to prohibit telephone companies from delivering the white and yellow pages unless customers choose to receive it.
Currently Ross Publication allows consumers to opt-out. But this new legislation would require that consumers opt-in.
